I’ve been playing with Asahi Linux on my M1 Pro MBP 16" laptop and, overall, it’s an impressive offering considering it’s pre-official release. So, I have high hopes and boundless gratitude to the team for everything so far.
One thing, however, is tripping me up every time and that’s the keyboard. I’m in the UK and my Mac has a UK keyboard layout. On other OSes including macOS, that means that the @ sign is accessed by pressing Shift+2, and the £ symbol is accessed by Shift+3. But on Asahi Fedora 39 Remix I need to use English US to get this keyboard mapping. When I switch to English GB, it seems to give me English US keyboard mapping. Bizarre.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a known issue, I wonder?
