I have a few frozen packages via dnf.conf
Reason= newer vers don’t work at my ancient netbook.
I’m interested, if I make upgrade f33 — > f34
packages remain old frozen vers or will be replaced new from Fedora34?

This is very difficult to say. You will get new version of the package, but if you will not have the same issue we cant tell you. So, with a live iso you could make a test and install this packages to see if it works. If yes check the kernel version and install the same on the new installed system after.
Check the output for transaction test when running system upgrade from CLI.
It should clearly state what packages are going to be upgraded/installed/removed/etc.
The answer is “Everything OK”
While upgrade f33 —> f34 frozen packages remain untouched.
