Some users have reported problems with one of the latest versions of plasma after an update.
This topic appears to have found a workaround for recovery that may work for you as well, and waiting for another plasma update with the fix might be best.
I also note that you are using nouveau as the driver for the nvidia card (GTX 1050), and with f44 that card works best with the 580xx nvidia driver.
