Do you know any Desktop Launcher creator for KDE ?
I don’t know of any, but I’d recommend looking at a few desktop launchers with a text editor and just create em by-hand (basically Exec runs whatever the app name is and everything else is optionally making it look nice on the DE). That transfers between any DE no problem!

I add apps as favourites to the kde menugrid for everything I want fast access to.
I also mapped Ctrl-ESC to open the kde menu/grid for fast keyboard access.
Finally I follow the traditional way via text editor.
I tried Rocket but I don’t know why wasn’t possible to change the permission via chmod.
