Check your firewall configuration:
sudo firewall-cmd --get-active-zones; sudo firewall-cmd --list-all
If you talk about open 1025-65535/udp 1025-65535/tcp ports on FedoraWorkstation

This nothing no change. You may install openssh-server and to verify, port tcp 22, not closed.

Yep, SSH is supposed to be open in the default configuration, but you can close it:
sudo firewall-cmd --permanent --remove-service=ssh
sudo firewall-cmd --reload
