Check your firewall configuration:

No. Not about it.
# /usr/sbin/iptables-save
output message, no any rules.

Found out about /usr/bin/firewall-cmd. Thank You!

Firewalld uses nftables backend by default since Fedora 32:

sudo nft list ruleset

This nothing no change. You may install openssh-server and to verify, port tcp 22, not closed.

Yep, SSH is supposed to be open in the default configuration, but you can close it:

sudo firewall-cmd --permanent --remove-service=ssh
sudo firewall-cmd --reload
