Iwconfig is not found

When I try to use iwconfig command it gives back
bash: iwconfig: command not found...

Tried to install wireless-tools and wireless-tools-1 as suggested on the internet, but they both give back

No match for argument: wireless-tools
Error: Unable to find a match: wireless-tools

Welcome to ask :fedora:

Try it with just wireless-tools-1

# dnf provides /sbin/iwconfig

I did some more investigating and on my system wireless-tools was last updated while I was running F34. It has been removed in F35 and later although with my upgrades it has remained on my system.

A quick search for what replaced wireless tools in fedora 36 gives a lot of info about the change and will lead you to the new management methods.
