Issues with toolbox on Silverblue 33

Recently, my various toolboxes stopped working. I can’t create new ones, or enter in ones I already have. I get the following error:

↳ toolbox create
Error: failed to change ownership of the runtime directory /run/user/1026/toolbox: chown /run/user/1026/toolbox: operation not permitted

Any idea why?
