Issue with updating Fedora40 --> Fedora41, system just rebooting

I have issue with upgrading to fedora 41
Have done all the steps in official docs, but after dnf system-upgrade reboot my laptop is just rebooting twice and entering to fedora 40 like nothing happen.

here is my lap,all is upgraded:

You will need to check log files to find out happened.
Try dnf system-upgrade log and then dnf system-upgrade log --number=X.
If that does not help look in the system journal for the boot that ran the upgrade.
