Is this project safe or malicious?

I have a Fermi gpu laptop and this project would finally make reclocking work on it, but is the code and its patches safe or malicious? I unfortunately don’t know C and thus cannot audit the code myself, so I would appreciate if someone would check this.

Thanks, in advance.

As a Arch user as well I see nothing in the PKGBUILD evil.
