I cannot access the paste option as the menu is cut off.
In Gnome paste is Shift & Ctrl & v. Did you give a try on that?
Test to put a higher resolution to see if this changes something.
You can also test, while clicking into the field, moving up under the header of the popup, and then click the right mouse button. Maybe you get more space to show the right click menu?
The right click menu seams to be to low, and the compositor cuts the dialogue off, treating the popup as an own window. That is what I do suspect. With my theory it would be more a KDE-Plasma problem?!

yeah I know. Thanks. But that defeats the purpose of having an on screen menu a bit.
The screen resolution is just perfect for my eyes.
