Is there a COPR repo for this yet?

Since XLibre as just made it’s first official release, I was wondering if there was a COPR repository for it yet.

If anyone wants to make one, they are free to do it.

About the quality of this weird fork, here you can see all the reverted commits to improve stability of the X.org that people like, dont want to change from and keep forever

The same people are working on Wayland, there is no political or whatever agenda. X.org will have a new release soon, Wayland is the future, people can use outdated software if they want, but should not expect that user-friendly distributions invest time in keeping outdated software running.

No political agenda? Ha! Wayland has had a user-hostile attitude the entirety of it’s existence. Must be the same people that are developing GNOME.

Wayland as an upstream project doesn’t do much about user experience stuff and offering features, that’s pretty much up to the graphical environment you’re using.

GNOME is very opinionated about how it expects users to interact with its desktop, and that translates into GNOME Wayland. Other Wayland-based desktops have different opinions or operate in a less opinionated way.

I personally use KDE Plasma Wayland and I find it to be pretty awesome, especially since there are options to align X11 application expectations with the legacy X11 desktop environments in system settings. Consider trying that if you were unsatisfied with GNOME’s Wayland experience.
