Did you try a web search?

I did a search for “ linux pdf to text” and found promising pages, but did not research further.

Please let us know what you find.

See my second link in the above post.

The web search I suggested you do has a command line option as one of the results.

You did do a web search to find a solution?

pandoc is a command line tool available in the fedora repos. It is primarily markdown focused but will convert other formats. Libre office will also save in many formats not just odf or odt.

I found odt2txt:

sudo dnf install odt2txt
