Hello, I’m currently on Fedora 43 KDE, using Wayland. I’ve tried to turn on Blur, as well as Better Blur DX but neither doesn’t work.
Is this fixable or would I need to downgrade just to get it working? Cheers.
You mean the Desktop effects BLur setting?
I’ve not tested or use that settng my self.
When did you last see the effect work?
As Fedora KDE team updates to the latest KDE plasma there is not an older version to downgrade to.
I just tested this with konsole.
I had to set the background to be transparent and then click the “Blur background” button.
As far as I can tell it’s working.
Which apps are you seeing this not work with?
