BTW I’m not using my computer for gaming, I’m not a gamer.
Using an optiplex 790 desktop
- 16gb of DDR3 memory (by Samsung)
- i5-2400 processor
- nvidia gt 1030 DDR5 GPU
- 2 lexar and 1 samsung ssd (SATA Drives)

The system certainly is not too old for fedora. The slower CPU with only 4 cores/threads and DDR3 RAM may have an impact if you are expecting instantaneous responses, but otherwise everything should be fine.
