Ipu3 cameras stopped working on upgrade to kernel 6.19

The front and back ipu3 cameras have been working on my surface go tablet for the last few years using the standard Fedora kernel. Following the last dnf upgrade, I get the message “no cameras found” in gnome camera and libcamera also fails to show and cameras in the terminal. If I revert to the previous 6.18 kernel the cameras start working again.

lsmod shows the cameras are still detected by the 6.19 kernel. Is there anything that I can do do make them available to libcamera as they were previously working?

When you booting into the previous kernel does the cameras work?

If so this is a regression and your best way to see a fix is to report as a bug in the Fedora bug tracker. Making sure you're not a bot!
You could also report to the linux kernel devs, but I’m not sure where you would do that.
