Intel UHD graphics cannot be detected on Fedora 39. Screen is flickering

I recently installed Fedora 39 on a Lenovo 82WK Legion 5 Pro laptop with the following specs:

CPU: Intel i7-13700HX
GPU: Nvidia RTX 4070
Kernel: 6.5.6-300

However, the screen is flickering. Getting the output of lspci -k | grep -EA3 'VGA|3D|Display'

01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation AD106M [GeForce RTX 4070 Max-Q / Mobile] (rev a1)
	Subsystem: Lenovo Device 3b5a
	Kernel driver in use: nvidia
	Kernel modules: nouveau, nvidia_drm, nvidia

It doesn’t seem to detect the integrated graphics card which should be installed by default. I tried sudo dnf install intel-media-driver mesa-dri-drivers from RPM fusion and it didn’t work.

I also cannot change the screen resolution. I tried both Xorg and Wayland and the screen flickering persists.

Any idea how can I get the intel drivers up?
