I’ve consulted three different AI chat-bots about this and got three different answers. Has anyone successfully run Starcraft II on Fedora?

Finally, an important question.
But you asked the wrong oracle!

If you have a copy of SC2, install Lutris sudo dnf install lutris and install SC2 from there. Most Windoze games work, but sometimes you have to change the runner.

What did you try already? Are you playing SC2 in BattleNet?

I’m using Faugus and installed BattleNet. I used Proton-CachyOS and Proton-GE. Inside BattleNet I installed SC2 and that’s it. You should be ready to go.

@rtarrant

Just wanted to show that SC2 works in Faugus with Proton-GE latest. :wink:

I have BattleNet through Bottles on Flatpak, and it works really well.
