Installing a windows usb driver in Fedora

So with help from you guys’ I was able to get WINE installed. Then installed the Windows program witch seems to run alright. It looks like Fedora recognizes the usb port’s OK.
Trouble is the program I am running needs access to the USB port’s, I tried using WINE to install the driver that came with the program but it still does not see the USB port.
Any ideas ?
Thanks

I’m afraid you have no chance. Wine is a library implementing windows system calls, and runs as normal user, so no access to hardware devices. May be you have more chance with a virtual machine, e.g. VirtualBox, where special drivers connect the hosts USB ports to the client system. But then you need to install Windows in the virtual machine which might require a license.
