Installation, not booting from USB or DVD

Hi,
I have an older HP Proliant Microserver NL40.
I’ve tried to install Fedora-server 39 from USB (created with Rufus) and from DVD.
But it does not start.
But it works on same server from same USB stick with Ubuntu 22.04 or Debian.
I think I’ve tried some times ago with Rocky or Almalinux, which also did not boot from installation USB/DVD.
So it seems that Debian-based installations start, but not RHEL-based.
Any suggestions?

Well, I’ve found information here, tried it with Fedora 36, this is installing now.
Hopefully it’s easier to upgrade than to install Fedora.
