Installation grub out of memory on hp pavilion

Hello, im having an issue, i currently dualboot linux mint and windows 11, but i wanted to switch from mint to fedora kde, so i downloaded the image, checked its integrity and used the official fedora tool on linux to flash it to my usb, clicking either of the live usb options (testing usb or not) gives me error: …/…grub-core/kern/mm.c:552:out of memory, while the troubleshooting option just kernel panics, i looked online and was told to update my bios, which i did and i was told to try the everything image, which also failed in the same way, i have an HP Pavilion 14-dv0018nl the bios on this thing is very restricted i have no options for csm, video memory or sgx

I have already consulted these two threads, they didnt help

Some users have found that disabling TPM helped. But that may well have side effects on Windows 11. (If you want to try that, make sure you have your Bitlocker recovery key available first.)

The issue is tracked here on Bugzilla. A fix was tested last month, with positive results, but some more work is needed to finalise that.

So if you can’t make this work now on your hardware, you may want to look again when the Fedora 44 beta (including that fix) is released in March.
