Install fedora on 2 hdds

hi
i have installed fedora on 2 hdds, one for / and one for home
now unfortunately i am hitting this problem

which it’s very frustrating and atm none is able to solve it, so thought about reinstalling

considering i have made an installation on 2 hdds i wanted to preserve the home drive, but how do i do that in anaconda?

i actually do have the existing installation and

1 if i set / as a mount for / over the existing installation i do have / in a new fedora installation (on one hdd) and the rest on the existing installation (on the second hdd)

2 if i delete everything and do the partitions again, every partition is set to format and can’t uncheck the box

so what should i do to preserve the home folder?and will this resolve my error in the link provided, or is something i just need to wait to be solved?

What a strange configuration :sweat_smile:
It seems there is an LVM for swap, made using two partitions across the two disks (sda3 and sdb1).
Then you have /boot (sda1), / (sda2) and /home (sdb2) outside LVM, right?
To confirm that, just to be sure, please paste the result of the mount command.

i would guess, when i installed i set standard partition only for / and home and not for swap and boot
