Input type c port not reconignize headphone type c

I have a headphone type, and i connected in port type, but not recognized the output sound, but the mic yeap…

it’s necessary install any drivers?

i used fedora 32 x86_65 and gnome

thanks, i installed it, but not working, i tried with the diferent optios
