Hey!
Now names of browser extension packages are quite confusing. There is packages like mozilla-ublock-origin, mozilla-privacy-badger, etc and webextension-gsconnect.
Questions are:
Are all those mozilla-*
extension compatible with Firefox and Thunderbird? If not, it’s not okay naming them like this.
Why naming mozilla-*
, chromium-* etc
? It’s hard to recognise mozilla-*
packages are extensions. Please rename them to mozilla-extension-*
, chromium-extension-*
, etc like we have gnome-shell-extension-*
, nautilus-extension-*
etc.
Is it really necessary bundle Chromium and Firefox extensions to same packages? Please split webextension-*
to Firefox, Chromium, etc spesific packages.
