ImageMagick unsupported HEIC

Despite ImageMagick saying HEIC is supported in --version it does not in fact support HEIC with nextcloud.

Can we get this package updated so HEIC preview generation works?

No, but I just installed it and they still aren’t generating the previews.

It might also depend on the type of HEIC, they’re not all equal…
