If playback doesn't begin shortly ,try restarting your device

I’m facing this

If playback doesn’t begin shortly, try restarting your device issue for a few days.

It happens with every web video playback in the first startup. Also, my device’s sound doesn’t work. But when I restart my device then it works properly. It’s really bothersome. What is the solution?

My system config:
OS: Fedora 35
Kernel: 5.16.9-200.fc35.x86_64
DE: GNOME 41.4
CPU: Intel i5-5200U (4) @ 2.700GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 920M
GPU: Intel HD Graphics 5500

What web browser are you using? What websites have you experienced this issue with?

with every browser.Youtube,OTT platform, video streaming sites

It’s great that someone posted about this.
I’ve been having the same issue for the last few days.

Firefox is crashing often, sounds off sometimes until I restart my computer.

I even tried to re-install fedora (trading my time to start over  ) but still after updating, everything went back worse as it was.

this looks exactly as mine, minus the Nvidia though

@dhrubo I’ve tried to change the kernel version, and things are kinda working well.
I guess it has something to do with the kernel Kernel: 5.16.9-200.fc35.x86_64

Do you have ffmpeg installed?

yeahh, ffmpeg is installed.
the issues started when I made a recent update (including the kernel)
