It seems the URL used by Discover is incorrect. The URL should be
https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/ostree/repo/refs/heads/fedora/43/x86_64/kinoite
instead of
https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/ostree/repo/fedora/refs/heads/fedora/43/x86_64/kinoite.
Does it work if you try upgrading from the terminal?
rpm-ostree upgrade
how can i implement this https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/ostree/repo/refs/heads/fedora/43/x86_64/kinoite ?
i just edited the result when i run rpm-ostree upgrade on terminal me need help pls TT

Please post the output of rpm-ostree upgrade, as suggested above by @yuntaz .

Please post the full outputs, as preformatted text (by marking the block of text after pasting and pressing Ctrl+E), of the following commands:
rpm-ostree status
and
rpm-ostree upgrade

Issue probably similar to the one described here:
Every time I run sudo rpm-ostree upgrade I get the error:
error: While pulling fedora/43/x86_64/updates/kinoite: Corrupted commit object; checksum expected='10ed48669028567c29acfda34e70290581e1c8d4f4538d79bea36c03710a4cf6' actual='160e1991dc7aceede204adf8d6713220abe69130d3cb504e15b3b68aadee0dde'
I have tried running rpm-ostree reset but always get the same issue.
Running sudo ostree fsck -a I get the result:
Verifying content integrity of 5 commit objects...
fsck objects (148587/148587) [=…

i think so
but i some how fixed it?
by doing this
sudo nano /etc/ostree/remotes.d/fedora.conf
and changing the contents
[remote "fedora"]
url=https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/ostree/repo
gpg-verify=true
gpgkeypath=/etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-fedora-43-primary
i dont know i just read some user guide for kinoite and the KDE edition and the silver blue end up doing that and boom idk how i fixed it

Sorry for the delay.
Please don’t change the content. You probably need to wait for Fedora/ostree infra team to fix it, as it seems to be a common issue.
ohh okay okay thank u so much!!

Can you point us to the guide that suggests changing the remote config to point to https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/ostree/repo?
This isn’t a good practice and if we can update the guide to not suggest that, it would be a good thing.

Hello !!
my false its in this forum the mirrorlist
Some weeks ago, I installed kinoite on my wife’s new laptop. She wanted something that she could use like her old chromebook.
However, now after every update, Discover comes up, and she gets a – disturbing to her – error message. Upon clicking details, it’s always basically this:
error: While pulling fedora/41/x86_64/kinoite:
While fetching https://ostree.fedoraproject.org/mirrorlist: [6] Could not resolve hostname
Now if you visit https://ostree.fedoraproject.org/mirrorlist in a browser, y…
in this you commented that “you will see this” and when i check its different so i replaced it
im sorry TT im still new and want to explore so i choose kinoite for my secondary laptop
What does “TT” mean? You use it several times and I for one have no idea what it refers to.

You mean like this: ?
You can use smileys when writing/answering a thread. On the top of this field you see several buttons, the second from the right is the smiley button. Click it and select the smiley you want to use. It’s very simple.
It is?
It means Tourist Trophy to me, as in “The Isle of Man TT”. I’d never have come up with that connection to an ascii version of an emoji. Anyway, now I know.
