I have audio issues with fedora 37 but everything else works fine

It turns out that I have audio issues, sometimes when I restart my laptop appears something like " dummy output" and the audio doesn’t work, but I restart it again and it’s all normal, also I can’t use my wired headset, but when I use a tool like pavucontrol appears like this:

The system shows the headphones , I can even hear the sound of the volume bar , but when I go to a website I can’t hear anything,I don´t know if is a problem related to drivers , I can really appreciate some help with this, Thanks
