when ever i open my system on every boot it shows a error massage in notification since i have upgraded to fedora 37 initally i ignore that as it was beta but it is still there now it is in beta stable or beta freeze state.
Can you please share the full error message?
A timeout was reached, That says the updater failed to get a response from a repo, and it suggests that you try again.
For a text display that may tell you where the actual problem is (which repo or repos are failing) try doing a dnf update. sudo dnf upgrade --refresh
. The text on the screen should list each repo that fails to respond.
$ sudo dnf upgrade --refresh

Dependencies resolved.
Nothing to do.
Fedora 37 appears to be 100% on hold until the openssl fix is released and tested. Another 10 days or so.
But at least you know there are no actual updates waiting.
