when ever i open my system on every boot it shows a error massage in notification since i have upgraded to fedora 37 initally i ignore that as it was beta but it is still there now it is in beta stable or beta freeze state.

For a text display that may tell you where the actual problem is (which repo or repos are failing) try doing a dnf update. sudo dnf upgrade --refresh. The text on the screen should list each repo that fails to respond.
