After my last post 11 day ago, no further post have been made regarding solution. So, I assume that Fedora could not solve this problem whereas Mint has solved it. Fedora should learn from them. There is always room for learning. So, till Fedora figure out whether they will move to solve this problem, I am off to Mint. I am an user, not an experimenter. Hope someday Fedora management and developers will think about to support older hardwares.
