i was looking for a good guide that i could not find how to use toolbox and run stuff on it and also wNt to know about it

yes i have looked into does tool box is like kind of apx GitHub - Vanilla-OS/apx: apx is the Vanilla OS package manager. It’s meant to be simple to use, but also powerful with support to installing packages from multiple sources without altering the root filesystem.
or like basic container like docker and runs apps under that.
but does flatpak or toolbox have any different memory consumption…i usually install apps with snap oe flatpak but recently i find toolbox
