How to update all flatpak audio plugins?

Hello.

I have over 30 audio plugins installed through flatpak and I would like to update all of them to the 25.08 versions.

flatpak update does not update them.

Any way of doing this that isn’t tedious?

Also, when installing a lot of plugins at once, I have to choose which version I want to install for every single plugin. Is it possible to automatically pick the latest one?

Not if the flatpak applications you have installed aren’t calling out the requirement for the newer “version” of the plugins, no. Even if you could force the new plugins to install, the flatpak’d applications wouldn’t use them, to the best of my knowledge.
