Hello,
I’m new to Fedora, I’ve used Fedora before but never liked it or it never worked with me. Today I decided to give it Fedora another try since I’ve been hearing a lot of good things about Fedora 32. So I download the newest Fedora and started to use it.
I’m a college student and one of my class online I have to download an extension on Chrome to record my screen and web cam and block some things so I don’t cheat on my tests. The extension works on Linux but the screen sharing doesn’t work.
I logged into Gnome on Xorg, went to settings, sharing, slide to enable sharing, click on Screen Sharing, and there is a slider on the left of the window that is switched off. I’ve tried clicking on it and sliding it but it would not turn on. I need to be able to share my screen to take me test or the test my teacher make us use won’t let us take it.
I’m really liking Fedora but I’m hoping I can get the screen sharing to work. Am I missing something please tell me.
Thank you
