The information will be present here, in the trust levels etc. bits. It’s tricky to maintain a balance between putting everything in the FAQ and not putting enough there, unfortunately.
Do note, that in general, we try to “default to open” in the community, i.e. have all our discussions in open channels that everyone has access to—so that we can speak and discuss with everyone and everyone has a chance to participate. Direct messaging is generally rare and limited to bits where personal information may need to be shared.
