Hi, I wanted to send one of the Fedora people some info that wasn’t relevant to the thread. Anyhow, I just wanted to send them a DM.
Cannot find anywhere a ‘send DM’ box, nor info on how to!?
I searched through the FAQ, the person’s profile page, my profile page, all the Help Guides I could find. Nowhere can I workout how to send a
Also wondered if sending DMs here is not possible, because I had all of that experience.
Please make it easier to send a DM. If it is NOT possible to send a DM, then please make that Loud & Clear.
Many thanks

Keep in mind, individual users can block others from sending them PMs. Does it happen to you with all users or just some?
I was so busy looking through the guides and FAQs, I didn’t think to do a search, sorry.
Okay, I understand from @mattdm 's post, the reasoning.
Yeah — it’s currently set to Trust Level 2.

As a suggestion, could that be posted in the FAQ @hhlp

You need to reach trust level 1 and then you can click on someone’s profile and send them a message.

Brilliant thanks, all sorted.
If it could be posted in the FAQ that would be helpful for the next newbie
The information will be present here, in the trust levels etc. bits. It’s tricky to maintain a balance between putting everything in the FAQ and not putting enough there, unfortunately.
