How to run JetBrains IDEs with fractional scalling (without blurry)?

I tried suggested solutions which I found from researches I did since last 2 days. However, no one works. I am using Fedora 38 with 150% scaling. Is there a way to use JetBrains IDEs, especially WebStorm, with 150% scaling and without blurry?
