How to Remove Fedora Linux and Install Windows as the Primary OS?

I currently have Fedora Linux installed as the only operating system on my laptop. I want to completely remove Fedora and install Windows as the primary OS.

What are the exact steps to safely perform this process?
Are there specific BIOS/UEFI settings I need to adjust before proceeding?
How should I handle disk partitions during the installation process to avoid any issues?

Thank you for your guidance!

Run the windows installer and tell it to format and use the entire hard drive. This is wipe your efi, boot, root and home partition/volumes.

Make sure to make a backup of /home if you care about the files saved there. Don’t change anything in your BIOS (unless you have secure boot disabled, mondern Windows requires it to be enabled).
