How to reinstalls fedora kernels from other linux distro (dual boot)

hey guys, I accidentally delete my kernel partition and I need to recovery my Fedora I have some important files in my fedora workstation. now i have Linux Mint and Windows 10 on my system and Fedora(/dev/nvme0n1p3 and /dev/nvme0n1, 12 gb free for kernels that I delete) without kernels. Is there any way to save my fedora without losing my data from mint or windows or fedora USB live ?

If the data are in /home the installer has an option to preserve /home, but “belts and suspenders” precautions are to backup the data you want to save on some external drive that can be removed while running the installer.

With my elderly “absent-minded professor” brain I find it useful keep notes of post-install configuration changes I make in ~/Documents/Fedora/....

Boot mint and mount the fedora /home so you can backup files from it.
