How to print photos 10x15cm without borders using standart application like Gwenview?
From the Gwenview print dialog, you should be able to open the “Properties” of your printer and set the margins to zero.
Whether that zero is “really” zero, i.e. you get ink all the way to the edges of your paper, probably depends on your printer hardware.

Yes, as stated above:
I put zeros here, and it prints as in the photo. On Windows, it prints without borders without any problems.
On Windows, I simply select 10x15 printing and the photos print borderless.
How is the printer set up on Windows? Does it use a proprietary driver from the manufacturer? If so, maybe look into whether they provide a Linux driver.
