How to install laptop Nvidia gpu drivers

Hello everyone, I have an hp spectre x360 that has an NVIDIA GeForce MX150 and i’m not sure how to install the proper drivers, in fact I don’t even know if I need to. I tried running the command nvidia-smi and it is proposing to dowlnoad a package xorg 11.
Would there be someone who could explain how to get the proprietary nvidia drivers on a laptop please? Or is it the same as on a pc?

Should be exactly the same - follow the guide on rpmfusion for your card and away you go.

+1 to the RPM Fusion guide.
Also, just a heads up: The MX150 GPU is based on the Pascal architecture, so be sure to install the 580xx LTS driver, and not the “current” version. The “current” driver no longer supports Pascal.

Uhm I am lost… What is the command I should run? On the guide I cant seem to find something that resembles what you are trying to explain to me.
