How to install and run MongoDB locally?

I’m trying to run MongoDB locally on my Fedora machine. Since there is no native Fedora package, I installed the RHEL package, but service startup fails with the following error:

MongoDB cannot start: Linux kernel versions 6.19 and newer has a known incompatibility with this version of MongoDB. See https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/SERVER-121912 for more information.

Since Fedora ships with newer Linux kernels, what is the best workaround to run MongoDB locally for development?

Thanks!

echo GLIBC_TUNABLES=glibc.pthread.rseq=1 | sudo tee /etc/sysconfig/mongod

Thanks, that worked! Apologies for opening a duplicate discussion.
