How to give privileges in podman to a create pcap socket on nic?

sudo docker run -it --rm -p 3000:3000 --net=host ntop/ntopng:stable -i enp5s0

runs ntopNG on Fedora 39 WS for limited 10 mins.

sudo podman run -it --rm -p 3000:3000 --net=host ntop/ntopng:stable -i enp5s0

throws

Port mappings have been discarded as one of the Host, Container, Pod, and None network modes are in use

It seems it’s missing privileges inside container also to create pcap socket on enp5s0.

How to give these privileges with podman?
