I have some projects in copr that exist for many years, thus for many Fedora releases. In the past I got one (1) email that told me about “upcoming deletion of outdated chroots” whenever there was a new Fedora release.
Now since june 23 I get daily reminders. This kinda bugs me and I have found no way to unsubscribe from this.
Could anyone please tell me a way to cancel these daily emails?
Expiring my outdated chroots seems to have stopped the flood.
Thanks. Well, removing the cause for such emails is obviously a legit way of getting rid of those emails, right. Another way would be to filter those emails.
I was happy with the automatic deletion of these chroots with one (1) email announcing this :\
So, there’s no way of reverting to the former behaviour or to configure these emails?
I’ve only seen 1 maybe 2 emails about my old copr repos.
Maybe ask on the copr mailing list?
Hello @philfry, this definitely must be a bug in our code. There was no intention to send daily reminders. I created an upstream ticket
and I am going to investigate what is going on.
