How to create a new "Labs" custom iso for my own use

Hello. First off, I am brand new to this. My question: I would like to create something similar to one of the “Labs” downloads but strictly for my own use. It would have all the apps I use regularly such as photo and video editing software. I have looked online for tutorials, videos and walkthroughs to no avail. I think I’d have to use a kickstart file but that’s all I’ve figured out.

Can someone please point me in the right direction?

However, why don’t you install an immutable spin and layer your apps into that?
