How to Check Mesa Version on Sway Atomic Spin. Vulkaninfo Is Not Available

Hi,

I am used to using ‘vulkaninfo –summary’ to check the Mesa version but noticed Sway Atomic spin doesn’t come with vulkaninfo installed and I don’t want to layer stuff if possible. LACT is pretty much useless as it shows flatpak runtime version instead of actual Mesa version.

Also, what’s the reason for not including vulkaninfo on Sway spin? Thanks a lot for help.

I’d do glxinfo | grep Mesa

DXVK_HUD=full iirc shows Mesa version too

Thank you. glxinfo thankfully is available. Just added another tool to my toolbelt :slight_smile:
