How do I reinstall grub on a federal atomic that's encrypted with luks without making windows unable to boot

Hi,
So basically when installing fedora I accidentally deleted the /efi partition and then windows wouldn’t boot. So in the processes of getting windows fixed I deleted the /efi partition again (I like pressing buttons!) and now Linux won’t boot and I need to reinstall grub. But all the guides for reinstalling grub assume you can chroot into the system which I’ve gathered that you can’t do with fedora atomic, you need to use systemd-nspawn. Except I don’t know how to use systemd-nspawn! So if someone could help me reinstall grub and fix my system I would be super appreciative.

I cannot assist with the fedora atomic versions.

However, as a general comment, and to avoid future problems!
One should not delete things unless you are fully aware of what is being deleted and the consequences that may occur.

The first time should have taught you that was a bad thing to do.

I know. I’m so sorry! I blame my adhd. I just like tinkering and pressing buttons so much and I just didn’t really think through the consequences of what I was doing

In case you will need to reinstall your atomic version of Fedora, you can still back up the home folder, and restore it after the reinstall.

You might even go with manual partitioning, and reuse the existing home partition. I’ve only installed Silverblue with automatic partitioning, but according to the docs, there’s the possibility to use manual partitioning with certain limitations. Make sure to back up the critical data first.
