How do I have Spectacle appear and minimize to the task bar?

Been using Flameshot for screen captures. I figured I would give spectacle a try, it’s getting so much mention. I can run it from the start menu, but can’t seem to find a way to start it in the task bar. When I start it, it assumes I want to do a screen capture. Nothing in settings to indicate it can run or be minimized to the taskbar.

Any ideas?

I normally just fire it up when I need it with Meta+Shift+S.

I don’t need to perform that many screenshots or screen recordings that I want it running constantly.

If your keyboard has a PrintScreen key, I think that is also bound to Spectacle by default. At least it works on my machines.
