How can i change my shutdown screen from spinning circle fedora to the windows 7 shutdown animation

hi, ive been theming my new fedora install around windows 7 and my only part where im stuck is how to change the shutdown screen, the boot screen i could change but i could change the shutdown. im very new to fedora as ive just set it up to dualboot alongside my arch install, im just unsure how to proceed

DId you create a plymouth theme to handle the boot screen?
I would have expected that theme to also handle the shutdown screen.

What I cannot remember is if you can have seperate startup and shutdown images.
