Couldn’t find any similar reports about this issue. Currently the hotspot feature appears to be “broken”. I can click on “WiFi Settings” then “Turn On WiFi HotSpot” and activate the hotspot feature. I see no errors and shows as active but other devices do not see the SSID. Even trying to use the QR code and trying to scan it with my phone just shows connection error. I have 3 different F35 installs using different HW and they all appear to have the same issue. From what I can tell this stopped working within the last 30 days.
It looks like it may be a related to a recently reported bug: 2057352 – Hotstop with WPA2+AES (ccmp) not working with ipad as client (ios 15.3.1)
