Hey everybody,
I’ve been lurking here for some time, but decided to be more active and see what I can contribute and learn here. So I guess an introduction is in order.
I go by Starrsh or K4tana - the former for my music-related things and gaming, the latter for security/coding/research activities. I’m a psychologist and researcher in Usable Security and Privacy, and do work about phishing, usability of authentication as well as knowledge effects in security behaviour. My home base in Hannover, Germany.
In my free time I enjoy way too many things in phases, but among the subjects are gardening, DIY, music (dj and production), microelectronics, 3d printing, app-dev (learning!), data science, movies, martial arts, cooking, food chemistry, languages (English, German, Japanese, Dutch, Spanish; learning the latter 3) and writing.
I hope to find some like-minded spirits and learn more about fedora and linux in general. I’ve been using both for 2 years now and I’m quite happy with it, albeit feeling the need to finally do more CLI stuff and learn BASH properly. I hope me being here contributes to that and that I can, likewise, add contributions to whatever is needed.
Obviously, I would be glad to meet some like-minded people here that resonate with my interests ![]()
If you are interested, feel free to reach out!
Cheers,
Starrsh
