Do you get a GRUB menu?
When you boot can you switch to a TTY using the Ctrl-Alt-F3 keys?
When did this happen?
What did you do immediately before it happened?
What make and model is the graphics card producing this display, or not as the case may be?
What version of Fedora are you running - I can see you’re on KDE.
